| The 1st SEAMEO Centre in Science Governing Board (GB) Meeting was convened on 21-23 September 2010 at the Arion Swiss-belHotel, Bandung, Indonesia. A total of seven Governing Board Members and two observers attended the meeting (Appendix 1) from eightSoutheast Asian countries, namely: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. The observers were from the Ministry of Education of Thailand and from SEAMEO Regional Centre for Quality Improvement of Teachers and Education Personnel (QITEP) in Language, Jakarta. Out of the eight Governing Board Members who indicated that they are attending, eight were present and met the quorum. |
